Dear Bride and Groom:

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! This is such an exciting time in your lives. Choosing a wedding consultant is probably the most important decision you will make. I can help you plan your dream wedding.

An Elegant Affair is a service-oriented business dedicated to providing you with a unique, memorable wedding.

I will assist with the entire wedding from A to Z or will do any portion that you want, including but not limited to serving as director of the wedding, rehearsal dinner and reception.

My first job is to help you develop your budget and help you decide how best to allocate your money. Once we have worked together to establish the budget it will be my job to see that we stay within that budget and to help you avoid making costly mistakes. I will do all the leg work for you.

I will help you develop a timeline that will cue you as to when to order your wedding gown, get your marriage license, send out the wedding invitations, etc. I will also send you reminders to help you get these things done on time.

I will provide a detailed schedule for your wedding day from the time you get up that morning until you leave the reception for your honeymoon! Copies will be given to all the members of the wedding party and to the appropriate vendors.
